I will be completely honest when I come to your home.
I will spend time staging the home if necessary - extra charge. Homes market themselves much better when rooms are clear of clutter.
I will remove most surfaces and rooms of all clutter to make the rooms seem larger and clean.
Once you have your photos, I can also design the Listing Brochure. As a former realtor and Personal Marketing Coordinator for a major Broker -- I have vast experience designing brochures that sell.
After photos are taken -- I can design your listing brochure with proper tax records, room measurements and descriptions. If you are working with a Realtor - by law they must be present while I am in the home since I do not have a Full-time real estate license. I prefer that the owner of the home not be present so that I can be free to use my techniques to enhance all rooms without being monitored.
I will supply photos within 24 hours with a cd - 300 dpi - .jpgs. See charges to take photos - MLS ready and upload
One Photo session: $75 1st hour, $50 for every hour after
High resolution photos taken (only if they will help to sell your home) - CD will be provided with .jpg 300 dpi.
PHOTOS TAKEN: Exterior front, exterior view from rear, exterior view of back of home, foyer, living room, dining room, great rooms, kitchen, breakfast room, master bedroom and bath.
Typical time to photograph a 4 bedroom house is 2 hours
Traveling fee: This is fee for homes within 5 miles of my home in Princeton. $20 per hour will be charged for anything beyond 5 miles.
MLS ready and upload charge: (includes modification time for photo resizing and brightness/contrast): $25 for 12 photos
5) Photo retouching: $40 per hour
Already have photos that need more polish? Conforming to ethical standards, I can make modifications such as replacing blue skies, removing trash cans, debris, and automobiles.
