Q. So how does this virtual assistant thing work?
A. You reach out and My Virtual Solution whenever you need assistance. Send information and details via e-mail, fax or through conversations. Be explicit with your expectations and always set deadlines for delivery. Be available for questions and clarification while work is in progress. Communication is the key to a productive and successful “virtual” team. Completed projects will be e-mailed, FedEx’d or faxed, based upon your requirements.
Payment is made by credit cards (via PayPal), money orders, and personal checks. RUSH jobs incur an additional fee of 20%.
Q. Would you rather work on a per job basis or monthly retainer?
A. A monthly retainer is nice because we build a rhythm together especially if you have regularly scheduled projects that My Virtual Solution can handle on a routine basis. Often times clients start with a per job agreement, are quite satisfied with the work, then realize that My Virtual Solution is indispensable and negotiate a monthly agreement.
Q. How much does a web site cost?
A. That depends on the scope of the project including the following:

Q. What if I wanted to bundle your services? Perhaps have you update my web site and transform my ezine into HTML on a monthly basis plus send out a print mailing six times a year. Are these the kinds of services you perform?

Q. Do you work evenings and weekends?
A. My Virtual Solution works whenever clients need support. As with any business, it’s not always possible to be available at the last minute, so planning ahead is always best. But if you’re in a jam and need last minute help, My Virtual Solution will always try to come through for you. RUSH jobs incur an additional fee of 20%.
Q. If I ask you to work on a project and you don’t have the required software or skills, what will you do?
A. My Virtual Solution has access to Virtual Assistants with skills in all areas of business. If we are unable to meet your needs, we will locate someone who has the necessary skills and put them in touch with you so that you can work directly together.
Q. Can you work on-site in my office from time to time?
A. If your office is located within 20 miles of our office, we can provide on-location support occasionally. Billable hours will include travel time, as those are hours when the My Virtual Solution virtual office is closed to other clients.
